Marc Stapleford is a award winning landscape designer and artist with a major interest in innovative and conceptual design. Marc has a growing reputation for creating stylish outdoor spaces that are a fusion between conceptual landscape design and natural materials.
Emphasis is based on conceptual landscape design, the sense of place and the relationship with the surrounding environment and habitat. Planting often features heavily and ranges from striking architectural schemes through to soft, wild naturalistic styles.
Our commitment to sustainability, climate change and social values are incorporated into the design process to encourage and educate environmental issues through the use of landscape design and art.
From small landscape and garden installations to complex landscape design projects Marc's work is varied and combines landscape design with site specific requirements. Our clients are both private individuals and corporate businesses. We also enjoy working closely with skilled professionals and will consider projects nationwide and overseas.
Marc Stapleford is also a recognised probationary Designer Member of the British Association of Landscape Industries and a member of the R.H.S.
Marc's design work has gained prestigious awards and have been exhibited at the RHS Malvern Spring Flower Show. Design work has also been featured in newspapers, design magazines and on the BBC.
Marc Stapleford studied at Leeds Metropolitan University and graduated with a BA (Hon's) Degree in Landscape Architecture and a Post Graduate Diploma in Landscape Architecture. After working for various design practices in the United Kingdom and overseas, MSLD was established.
